Yeah and according to the measurements we got it back within like 1/4" of where the SOS kit alone had it

Don't you love when you go look at a "fixer upper" home and plastered on the doors are the signs "condemned by the local department of health".

I should've taken pics but it just appears like a pissed off tenant trashed the place with water damage on the floor of the living room and one of the side rooms with the stacked washer/dryer. Both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink/toilet are covered in what looks like the remnants of leftover raw sewage dried up.

A steal for ONLY $335K. Jeez.

The front is just the SOS kit with Bilstein 4600 shocks.
The rear is a bit of a messy beast.
We swapped out the old flattened 2wd leaf packs for my lower mile 06 4wd leaf pack with progressive AALs, no overload. Then we used a 1 inch lift block as a lowering block. So the truck's ass is stout. Which will be good for towing and cornering. I still need to get my 4.10 gears installed. Maybe in August.

But I'm already making plans to swap in the proper fitting 1/2 inch lowering block from SOS and I want to squeeze one more leaf into the leaf packs.

I was about to mention it could be cause the tenants did something to backup sewage into the home. Heard stories of cement down the lines and everything in the past.

Nothing a little elbow grease lifting a gas can to burn the place down wouldn’t fix tho

I'm still waiting to hear back why it was condemned. I'm really curious even though I'm not interested.

Think the sewage you mentioned is why… one sizable backup into a home and there really isn’t any coming back from that. Worse than mold, shit covered mold

That's the time the swim class should get together and make a donation box for him with the phrase "scrotal lift donations" on it. :D
