Totally. That and the fact that my daughter is already planning out a track for her CRF125. I'm thinking I might pick up another one so we can race around on the mini motos.

We might. At a minimum my crappy pole saw is getting put to work limbing more dead branches or branches that are too close. That alone will open up the view. I would prefer to keep the trees as a wind break and as a barrier to noise from downtown Hot Springs. My next door neighbor has a more open view but also more wind and more noise….. and less privacy. I want to still be able to take a piss out back and not be seen.

Did you use a concrete cleaner first?

Been busy and haven't posted on this thread in a bit so- here's what's been happening.
    Completed the steps.
Had 6 tons of natural pea stone delivered and dispersed it in 5 days.
Removed the old railroad ties that were just an eye soar and made a continuous bench seat.
    Finished the small retaining wall.
Built another small wall to hold the pea stone in place and prevent the pavers from shifting.

Today/tomorrow finish up the side of the garage with shingles and corner boards.

Monday the front farmers porch is finally getting under way.

Only three weeks away from tying the knot and hope to get my shit all wrapped up.

Wet it down, put some bleach 50/50 in a pump sprayer, let it sit about 5 minutes, and like @ZPhilip said use a surface cleaner. The wand takes way longer.

Get the surface cleaner! In addition of being much faster, it keeps the jets at a fixed height off the concrete so it’s a consistent spray pattern and no marks from accidentally getting too close to the concrete.

Grass will be fine. Once the washing is done it'll be plenty diluted.

My wife got me this one a few years ago. It cut the time cleaning my pool deck from 6-8 hours to about 3. And much easier on the back. You need at least 2500 psi for it to lift properly.
