2017 5.7 with 130k miles. Belt squeaked at start, especially after a rain, Fall/Winter of last year. Went way after approx 30 seconds. I had a local shop replace the belt and the noise went away.

Its back again only a couple of months later. Would you think its just the belt again, even after a short time? Or something different?

Do you know what brand of belt they used?

Replace tensioner. Had to do mine around 65k miles. Can be done at home for the cost of the part if you have a little bit of mechanical ability and are willing to get your hands dirty.

Gates belt is usually ok. As AZBoatHauler suggests, it might be the tensioner pulley making the noise. Not uncommon.

Same. Mine only lasted ~80K in our Sequoia. Replaced it and no more squeaking.

Take the belt off and start the truck for a minute to narrow down noises. If no noise, put belt on and use a wooden broom handle as a stethoscope to listen to individual components.

Mechanic's stethoscope; pull the belt and spin the pulleys and check everything for scratchy bearings. Tensioner is most likely culprit as its a much smaller bearing; the idler is also suspect - mine was just starting to make noise at 140k. It's a much more substantial bearing unit than the tensioner.

    Replace the tensioner.
