I have a 2011 tundra crew max. I cannot get my passenger window to go up. I have replaced the master switch on driver side. Swapped the two passenger side switches and confirmed they work. I have removed the passenger door panel. pulled the regulator on the passenger side. Purchased a new motor. When I connected the new motor (just loose) not connected to the regulator. It won’t go up. The old motor same thing when I connected it. Goes down and not up. I just got this truck. This happened before and I played around and got it to go up just by trying the switches and it finally went up. Then I had it working for a few days when I used the master switch. Then one day I tried to lower it from master switch. I think it didn’t go down from master switch(can’t remember). My son lowered it from passenger seat. Then it got stuck down and couldn’t get it up. I figured the motor finally quit. But no that’s not the case. There must be some loose connection somewhere. It there some relay or fuse that only controls passenger up. I’m at a loss. I figured it had to be the master switch or the window motor but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m at a loss now I’m chasing a gremlin. Like i said with the motor loose it will go down but not up from the passenger switch. I’m going nuts

Now using a meter there is 12v at the motor plug going down but not up. I swore I checked that prior to purchasing a new motor. But maybe it was the odd time it actually was going to work. Like I said previously it worked a half doz times after

One more update the master switch on drivers side will not function the passenger motor down or up. So the passenger switch will function down but not up. Again I have tried 2 new master switches off Amazon. Two different brands as well.

    Welcome to the forum.
If you can read wiring diagrams they can be found here.

Ultimate TUNDRA Wiring Diagrams Collection | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com)

What trim level do you have, SR SR% Limted etc.
It makes a difference because higher trim levels have auto-up and down.
It makes a difference in reading the diagrams

I'll post the pages that pertain to the windows.
At least you will know what color wire does what.

I have those printed off already and have been looking at them as well. Checked the power 4 25a fuse and power 2 30a fuse under hood. All good

I didn't mention the fuses since it does go one way so it has power.
My guess is you've got a wire cut or loose in a connector.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than I, it wouldn't take much, will chime in..
It may be a few days with the holiday weekend..

Wow man. It’s got to be a bad connection. I can’t get master to work up/down. But I can get the passenger switch to work up and down intermittently. Had it working briefly now only down again???????

Well I’m going to assume that both the original master switch and passenger motor are good. Fuses must be good. *face palm*.

Well I found a cut wire (green) on the driver side in the boot between the door and cab. There is also a few wires that insulation is broken and can see bare copper wire. Now the fun to get in there to repair them. Anyway would explain why it was intermittent. As I continued to open and close the driver door it would probably make contact
