Hopefully someone can help me out. My 2016 Tundra with 80k miles started shaking/vibrating while applying the breaks, so I put in new rotors and pads on the front with no results. Just got the tires balanced and aligned. Struts are not leaking and bearings appear to be in good condition with no play.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Definitely replace your rear rotors and pads as well. I had the same problem and that fixed it for me. Maybe check your tie rods for any play as well, I imagine that would have come up during the alignment, but it's worth another look just incase.

I'm replacing them this afternoon and I’ll keep you posted.

    Thanks.

Yes. One or both rotors had to be warped.

It is usually (99.9%) warped rotors. Sometimes it's new rotors installed not flush to the hub.

I would also recommend that you use the proper procedure for bedding in your new brakes.
Just google it... Procedure is easy and only takes a few minutes.
