One of my clients just got one and brought it by to talk about a wrap. They should be extremely easy to wrap.

I think they’re pretty hard to look at, but then at the same time, kind of impressive in a sense of being different. Most electric vehicles look dumb in comparison to anything else.

The stainless was a mistake, but I’ve already been asked to wrap 3 of them, so I guess not. But if you look down the side of the panels, he showed me how wavy they are. No panels are flat, it looks like they just through stainless sheeting on the side.

Technology wise, they are coming a long way. But every Tesla I’ve had in the shop is super cheaply built.

I have seen a couple. The first one was jarring to see in the wild. The second was parked in short term at the airport. The third was a matte green wrap that really helped.

Shit I’ve seen like 10 of em at this point. Multiple wrapped. I can see a good stretch of I70 out my window though, and it slows down pretty regularly

My cousin in Orange County has one. He had it wrapped in flat black. It’s still ugly.

My youngest daughter and I were driving home and started to talking about the turn signals on Teslas. Then we saw a Cybertruck in a parking lot on the other side of the street. We both agreed that it looks way worse in person than any of the pictures that we've seen.

The effort of putting a completely ugly vehicle to market and see how people react, is genius... F' it! Let's build this ridiculous thing! Elon is laughing all the way to the bank and knows people are going to buy them whether or not they are "attractive". I've seen several in person and they definitely catch your eye because of how different it is. The longer I look, the less inclined I am to like the overall look but still appreciate the uniqueness.

Good or bad, it's getting attention.

I just saw one driving by the village parking structure on the frontage road. It was kind of a dark turquoise. I was thinking that maybe it had been down at your shop.

Unfortunately, I see them all of the time. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 40 miles from here, the Boring Company and Space X something or other campus are about 20. I had one in front of me at our HEB grocery store and I wasn't sure if he was gonna make it over the speed bump... I also didn't know where the fuck he was gonna put his groceries. Maybe he was just picking up a sandwich...

Im up by Park City and have been seeing them for a month or so now. There are a few of them around, one guy lives by me so i see him a few times a week.

Its not as heinous in person as in photos, but still not really my cup of tea. Nor is any EV truck though.

Agreed with the unpainted part being a bad idea. The wrapped ones I've seen look a lot better.

Definitely an interesting concept, I'll be curious to see how it pans out
