Swap TRD off road shocks onto truck while TRD Pro shocks are being rebuilt?

My TRD Fox shocks need to be rebuilt. They feel pretty bouncy. I want to just throw my TRD off road coilovers and rear shocks back on it (yes I kept them in storage for this purpose) while they're being rebuilt.

The difference is the 2" lift up front that the TRD Fox coilovers provide, and I'm running 285/75R18s (35s in a 285 width, basically).

Should I look for a spacer to install with the TRDOR coilovers so my 35s will still fit, and I can keep as close to the same alignment geometry as possible while the Fox shocks are being rebuilt?

That's my inclination. Just curious what you all do when you're having shocks rebuilt on a daily driver.

 

If it’s just for the rebuild, go with the cheap spacers so alignment isn’t too far off.

 

I don’t know what it costs, and I’m not sure where to send them (back to Fox?) but I’ve been pretty hard on them for over 50k miles.

They are at the point where when I shut the door, the truck subtly rocks side to side.

Actually they’ve been at that point for a quite a while.

I had kept my oem TRD OR shocks for the same reason. But VA doesn’t beat up suspension like AZ. I probably won’t ever have to swap out my 6112/5160 set up. I’d like to get 8112/8160 set up but can’t justify it.
