I was out by Montrose and TMC. Wind was wild. Few trees down and some power outages for several of the blocks, but overall ok. Had a work dinner and we were down a few attendees, but soldiered on.

I'd be down to learn if I had someone to teach me. Not sure I'd want to try it myself.
I have three CVs in varying states of distress.

League City, TX here. Got a new 2024 Crewmax 4x4 but still prefer my 2003 Tundra which I also kept. After buying my 2003 brand new, I got used to thinking for myself instead of this new truck with all of it's sensors and apps. Damn, I must be getting old.

I don't think the CVs are the same from 06 to 16. But I could be wrong.

If I am not mistaken, that is nearby my house.
We got ass-whipped with super high speed wind but luckily, we lost power twice total of maybe 5 minutes.
My neighbors, not so much, power out for close to a whole day and change.
Finally went out for the first time today, it was a mess in this area. Fences are all down, trees/branches.
I think Bridgeland area had a touch down or that shit got torn real bad....
Hope y'all stay safe out there.

Wow that's insane! I'm in Spring Branch and still no power. Looks like we won't get it back until Tuesday or Wednesday per Centerpoints restoration map they just released.

My wife's building downtown is busted. Probably will be few months till she goes back in the office , who knows. Luckily she left just one hour before the storm. Nobody predicted such winds. Not even the space city weather boys.

What building is she in? I was down there the morning after checking on my jobsites and it was a mess. Luckily my buildings, the McKinney and Chase Tower made it out ok.

Still no power at my house, last day in hotel was last night, going back to the house with a generator and window unit until power comes back. Hoping it is sooner than later but the CP map still shows us as a Wednesday restoration date. We have a massive tree on a power line a street over still so I am guessing they are working on the easier fixes first.

Yeah that one got smashed. Glad everyone is ok and the casualty number is low. Could've been a lot worse.

Everything looks in top shape if we get hit by a major Hurricane!!! HA!!!!:) let alone if it gets to warm might have to turn off the electric!! Yup have to turn off the power because to many people are using it!!! And yet they keep cramming people in every open spot they can!!

Those of you without power, in need of a generator, Duromax has initiated a discount: TEXAS for 10% off & free shipping. I have the 15000 and it's really done us right.
