Bro there are snob elitists in every single community. I remember the first time I ran into one of the archery hunter elitists. They're like yeah you hunt deer with a gun I use a bow it's so much harder. To which I like the dude and I was like I've been bow hunting since I've been 12 I take animals with every type of contraption there is from rod and reel to front stuff or musket crossbows instinctive shooting recurves compounds longbows shotguns rifles and I even tried my hand at spear hunting. That is way harder than it looks. A bird hunt I trap a net. I looked at the dude I go it sounds to me like you're an archery hunter and not a sportsman maybe you lose the attitude huh. Oh he got himself in a big old tizzy started swearing at me and cussing at me was rather funny

Oh I thought you were posting cause of the stupid quote. And snobs, snobs hurt everyone. Remember if your camo didn't cost 1500 bucks then it won't work.

Laughs in OG Woodland and OCP surplus camo.

The last two days (after running ody-off for two weeks) my od/off cluster light began blinky blinkin.
To much rubbing the button raw guess. Anyone ever taken that apart? (Says guy who didn't use search). I'll remove the light and go by feel if I have to, np.

There's a word for that. The action you describe is called "gatekeeping", and those who do it are called "gatekeepers". They're douchy isolationists who want to be "the purest", supreme and more-hardcore than others. They exist outside the hobby and work world, too, I think Lt. Aldo Raine used to do fun stuff with 'em. At least be like Bear Grylls, if you want to be so hardcore you drink your own piss to prove it, accept that others may prefer to drink water from the nature's stream, and not from their own stream, and be cool with it, y'know?

Quite a few people have. LMGTFY: https://www.tundras.com/threads/o-d-microswitch.126827/#post-3239163

It’s got rust on the undercarriage. You may want to ask for pics. Maybe they launched boats? :notsure:

Otherwise, it’s what I’d look at if it were closer. I love Silver Sky and it’s good mileage for the price. Where’s it been hit?

That's what I'm thinking. My connector bracket has rust on it and all it sees is rain a few times a year.

Yeah they exist in the gunsmithing and car/ show worlds as well. I wouldn't call them gate keepers, I'd just call them King Nothing's. They learn one platform and nothing should ever change, improve, modify or evolve from the original build schematics. They're douche bags. The guy that they hired to replace me at the gun range is like that. They know everything even tho they're operating on 50 year old knowledge and the world has passed them by, it'd be kinda sad, if I had a heart.

I have a good friend from work who recently retired. He used to buy 5 yr old 535is every 5-7 years. Worked well for him until BMW started using run-flats. Everyone I know hates them.

I’m not sure why he didn’t just get new tires but maybe it was the last straw. Like @shifty` he used to get extended warranties but ran into an issue where an electrical relay was buried in the transmission and needed to be replaced. The warranty paid for the relay but not the work tearing apart the transmission to get to it.

It was so clean underneath & all the western parks stickers on it I thought it was a western truck. Turned out to be a CT truck owned by an OCD German car guy with a big well equipped garage. Pretty much hate it, but it will be a place filler until I find THE 1GT. (& it came factory with all the upgrades we do to our Tundrii)
