    Definitely to young...

I've had a rotator cuff repaired but that was due to a motorcycle accident. Knees are in good shape but I did have a meniscus cleaned up from all the years of charging on a snowboard. At my age I'm not dropping cliffs anymore though.

I'm really not a fan of RedLobster either but I agree with you here. Slamming Red Lobster to turn around and praise Jack in the box shit tacos or how good what's-the-burger-joints name? I'm at a total loss of understanding.

I met them at a stop sign unfortunately so I couldn't do anything exciting but you best believe if they drove past my driveway and I saw them coming I'd be twirling my shirt around above my head

I recently looked up the house I grew up in back in St. Louis and we had an asshole up the street about 10 years older than me that beat everyone up, until I got older.

I was looking up and down the street and when I went by his old house (was living with Mom at the age of 40 still) and seen someone sitting on the porch. I zoomed in and there is was, flipping off the Google Earth car with both hands. The guy is in his 70’s now and pissed at the car.:rofl:

Surgery is a double edged sword. It's painful and sucks, but if done properly it's also a very concrete solution to many problems. I don't wish surgery on anyone.... except those that need it! Then I wish for a competent surgeon and hot nurses for them! :D

I’m hoping no surgery, and this cortisone shot does it’s job as I don’t want to be out of the gym on upper body for months

I had C5-6 fusion in 2003 and it was one of the best medical things I ever had done. Still holding strong. If there's other options that are equally effective, sure. But six months of recovery in 64 years of life is nothing in the big picture.

clearly I'm not the old guy around here... But you're both right as far as mindset goes. I agree that a few necessary surgeries here and there aren't much in the grand scheme of it all.

3 months doing nothing and 3 more limited activities. I did get a little stir crazy after 2 months and decided to go for a drive. Bad choice.
Ride it out and don't get stupid. It's a life changer.

My back surgery was completed 9/21 and because of the enduring PT schedule they threw at me I just passed another DOT physical on Monday

My body has been through everything I could possibly do to it and stay "Above Dirt" including a million plus miles of driving BUT when they tell

you that major surgery is the only treatment :eek2::eek2: ..." You F@k!ng listen and do the work..."

Turning 63 this year and still able to "Pilot my Large Cars"....

    LIFE is good...:hattip:
