    From a purely constitutional standpoint, she'll have an argument for dismissal. The officer didn't witness the driving, and her judgment was impaired during the time of her admission. It's effectively the same under the 4th as if a witness were to get on a witness stand in court drunk.

    I learned today that you can jump start an EV. My sister-in-law's Chevy Bolt wouldn't start last night and the internet said it was a dead 12V battery, I didn't know they even had 12V. Sure enough, I jumped it with my Hulkman, she drove it to my house. One new battery and good as new.

    Interesting. At least the Bolt has a key so you can unlock the driver's door and pop the hood. There's no storage there so it's not a frunk. There a lot of orange wires in there that I stayed away from. And of course my 10mm socket made a break for it and is now down in there somewhere. No way I was going to reach down there to find it.

    Just a heads up. Water heater manufactures usually sell a special large socket separately to help remove the cover that holds the rod. They make the job a hell of a lot easier. I think the one I bought for my heater was like $12.00.
