I have a feeling that I'll dislike any IPA, but like I said I'm willing to sacrifice for science and shit. So. what is one you know of that I might be able to get here in AZ, like at Total Wine?

 

Tom already knows - but I like any of the Kona Brewing IPAs. They are on the milder side for IPAs

 

Try a hazy. They’re a little easier to drink and have less of the bitter shit normal IPAs bring. I like San Tan Juicy Jack

 

I am on the side of all IPAs are garbage... well minus a few. There is a local one down here I like a lot. Otherwise, i stick to whites/wheats/heff/garage beers when i drink them.

 

Cool, I'll look for one of those. It'll probably still suck, but I'm stubborn.

 

Sours - Taste like cat piss smells

Agreed on the sours. There are very few that I’ve tried that I’d drink again.

My go to as everybody know is Miller Lite and I also always keep 805s on hand. For fancy shit, it's a porter or stout. Fry's used to carry 6 packs of a dark chocolate one I loved (think it was Boulder Brewery), but they haven't had it for a while.

Grayton Brewing makes a beer called 'Fishwhistle' I usually grab some when I'm in the Destin area. It's pretty mild for an IPA, but it is something I look forward to when we go.

 

I usually go 30A when I am back up there. Hoping to be there again soon!

 

20 years with my company today. Three friends who work with me have also been here at least that long. Not really very common in my field; but neither is being as old as we are and doing what we do.

I can't stand IPAs either.

I really only drink lagers the dozen or so times a year I drink beer. For casual drinking, I like the hard iced teas and lemonades.

When there's serious drinking and snobbery to be done, scotch and bourbon are superior to beer in every way.
