Running is easy, that's why so many people do it. (humans are not built to run long distances)

cycling is even easier. and you have to dress like a ballerina to do it.


look at the best cyclists & runners....what do they look like? Cortisol is a bitch.

 

Did you know ceiling fan with a remote and a chain can do 9 speeds? 18 if you count reverse. Not that you're ever going to use them.

I love it. Old cellphones, hard drives, mixers you name it gets properly decommissioned here at the shooting range. Nothing quite like the feeling of a 12 gauge with #4 shot to an iphone.

I'm right there with you. I hover around the high 700's. Highest I've ever been was around 820. Lowest I ever been was 390, so I know both sides well enough. CEOs getting golden parachutes and people like us getting laid off with pittance.

This is also why I have issue with those that tell others to be smart with your money. Sometimes, it really just comes down to bad luck and timing and there's nothing you can budget except your pride.
