Ditto. I had quit all social for over the past 10 years until I made an account here. Now, every time I look at my phone my wife asks me, what's going on at tundras?

Same here. Tundras and the Corvette forum are the only spots I really look at anymore.

I live in summit county. It's a major ski resort destination, copper, keystone, breckenridge, a-basin and loveland are the 5 resorts that make up the county.

I wish I had a guest room. It's not quite tent season though. I also wish I had a garage as well. A few years back we made some housing sacrifices to move to a small cabin on a bigger lot. In that we lost our spare bedroom, and garage but gained 1.3 acres outside of town limits.

We went on a trip to the San Juan Mountains a few years back and fell in love with Colorado. Headed back for summer vacation in July for the 3rd time in 4 years.

I like to visit that weather, I would never live in it again though. Unless I got a huge piece of land in the middle of nowhere in Alaska or something, I'd enjoy that.

I saw when you restocked the first ten and almost bought more.

My wife saw the charge and asked what random Toyota thing I bought. A little strange for a grown man to say stickers, but I'm in good company here.

I came to Colorado in 1997 fully expecting to go back to Chicago. I'm still here and not leaving.

Come in the fall. Mid sept the leaves start changing and it's way less crowded. Weather is not as hot as July either. But for a Zoni, that may be pushing the limits of cold for you? Harder to do with kids school schedules, but fall is my favorite time of year in CO. The San Juan's are beautiful. Maybe @azTony will host a T2T (Tundras to Tony's) once he settles in out here.

My oldest son plays high school football so travel Aug-Oct is about impossible at this time in life. We do plan to get there for fall eventually. @Taco-Blender has a place in Montrose as well… I’ve been throwing out the idea of a Tundras to San Juan’s event for a couple years - the FJCs used to do Ouray every year.

Once my kids are done with school I keep telling my wife we should do this. Just go far away... she's on board with wanting to leave the long winters we have though so AK is out.

Yeah our girls are complete jocks. Sports all year round which make it impossible to even plan trips on the school breaks due to HS coaches holding practice on break.

The western slope of CO is where's its at. Basically the desert and lots to do out there.

The intensity of school sports is unlike anything I remember growing up. The track coaches just sent a list of eligible athletes for a meet THIS SATURDAY at ~1115 today.

    This is their message:
"... It is a privilege to be invited to attend. This is not a meet you can simply not go to because you have some alternative plans like work. In the future, there will be expectations to attend or participation in future meets will be in jeopardy."

The "like work" is what really gets under my skin. Be more organized and maybe the kids can manage their obligations.
