I can't even get the dude to answer me back again, so I dunno. He answered once with a couple words to tell me which city he's in, I told him it was cool, I've got cash, and can head that way, then answered back again to say "I'm at work". Didn't hear anything from him since 10am, so I just messaged again. If I can manage to get my hands on it, I have a rattle can of Natural White 056 already. I'll probably pull the mesh, sand/prime/shoot it with half a dozen light coats, and let it cure. I was thinking about doing heritage stripes either on the bar or accross the lower and upper bar inline. I believe I'd leave the mesh OEM color, but the thought of doing gold matching my Methods crossed my mind. Or smoked silver to match the side trim. But for now I need to get the dude to sell it.

Seems the big diff'ce between Waltrip and Satoshi is the Waltrip has an extra support brace under the bar, the different mesh, and I assume is built a bit more stout. I presume the Satoshi is a Waltrip knockoff.

Longshot, but I'll ask anyway, any chance someone has an OEM tailgate lock cylinder in decent condition including the metal piece which goes to the handle mechanism? Looks like I'll have to buy the whole $100 enchilada even though I have my cylinder, just have a trashed shroud and missing tab from the pop-n-lock experiment which was a disaster.
