Our last washer/dryer combo was $2400 last year..
It was the old washer that petered out, but we had to buy a new SET because they had to match.

Who knows what guest may wander into the laundry room and see a mismatched washer/dryer..

Property taxes are crazy..
Sales tax is 8.25%.
We get in the ass down here too.

But I couldn't pass up busting some yankee balls..

 

Everywhere has it's ups and downs.

Wyoming does sales tax by county, so different counties cost more than others, but I think we are all sub 8% or possibly sub 7%. Property taxes aren't awful either, but man do we get raked over the coals on vehicle registration. Last time I looked (several years ago) I think we were like 3rd or 4th highest in the nation for registration renewal costs.
