Just bought all new appliances for the new house.
Washer/dryer
Fridge
Wall oven/microwave combo
Dishwasher.
Not the cheapest stuff, but not top of the line.
Without googling, who can guess the closest without going over?
It was a box store and it was all on sale.

I bought a 3 yr protection plan for all of it and a few extras for the washer/dryer.
Hoses, propane conversion, etc.

Just the fridge. It was the biggest side by side with water and ice for the best price.
It was $6100 for all of it. That includes tax, extra warranty and extras for laundry.
And $2k was cash.
So, only paying 437% interest on 4100.

 

Does that include install and hauling off the old stuff, or do you have to do all of that?

 

Wasn't really ready for appliances at the new place yet, but it was a pretty great sale and we have to get them anyway so kinda couldn't pass it up. They'll just have sit huddled in the living room, covered on plastic for a couple months.

Going to the new place. No appliances there yet. Only thing we currently own that's decent is the fridge. I'll see if one of the kids or someone at work needs it.
I'll take the microwave to work and washer dryer is junk.
I'll do all the install on the new stuff.

 

Kinda sorta/bitter sweet, long story.
Should get better once out there and settled in.
