Hi all, big time gas smell especially when I have the vents open and fan on…… It seems intermediate? I checked the fuel rails and see no signs of leaks so I admit that I have no clue what's going and I need some kind of direction. Thank you so much in advance.

Did you check the fuel supply lines from the tank as well as the rails? The engine bay seems like the right place to start if you smell it with the vents open and fans on, but the smell could be wafting up from the underside of the truck. Maybe see if you can park on a flat area with light concrete and see if you can fin any drips on the ground with the truck idling. Could also be an exhaust leak you're smelling if it doesn't smell exactly like fresh fuel

I'd smoke test it - might be more than one leak.

Big time gas smell is a fuel leak for sure. Follow those fuel lines up from the drivers frame rail and look for leaks at any junctions. Rubber fuel lines can develop pin hole leaks over time as well. The engine has to be running in order for the fuel to be pressurized in the lines on these trucks.

Are these stock injectors? I wonder if one of the o-rings went bad? PXL_20240509_150742160.jpg PXL_20240509_150814985.jpg

I'm having a manifold leak get a smell in my cab. It's not a raw gas smell more like an exhaust smell but kind of funky like partially burned fuel. Check your manifold.

    Many on the way.
As far as I’m aware, all stock injectors are tan in color. Anyone else have info to refute that? The green injectors came with the TRD SC kit.

What is the best way to to go about disconnecting one of these fuel quick connects without breaking anything? I would like to check the O-rings on this one and what kind of o-ring should I be getting?
