Local govt. will sell 'new taxes' by saying, 'we'll just do it during the tourist seasons'. However, since you live there you're paying the tax too (gas for example goes up here on the coast by .20-.30 gallon starting at spring break.

Another thing they are starting to pull is parking fees for everywhere (all the time), but it's to tax the tourists; so now, every time I go out to eat, I've got to pay to park this shit is stupid.

Vegas sold that tax on the strip about 7 years ago also. So, now you can't park in a hotel parking garage on the strip w/o paying the fees (which means many upscale restaurants that we use to visit are going to cost even more

 

Those four items all accurately describe me too and where I live now.

I take 1000 mg of Qunol Termeric daily, Its really good for your bones and joints.

 

If they have to push the sale, there is likely a reason why. Never heard of taking it in mass amounts.

 

Allegedly it's an anti inflammatory. But it works better when combined with ground black pepper. I looked it up before but forgot the details.
I tried putting it on food for a while, but I'm pretty shot, so it didn't help.
