Finally a day (or two) or rain here. Hope it helps kill my allergies.

Anyone had a dead battery in a Toyota hybrid before? Haven’t driven the Corolla for nearly two weeks. Got in this morning and the car freaked out. Lots of clicking coming from the trunk and the digital dash was flashing. Hope it’s the battery…

Sounds just like my Mom's Prius. Swapped the 12v starter battery and it is as happy as can be again. Haven't had a problem with the Hybrid system (knock on wood) but I hear that is not as fun to fix...

Just curious do you know what type of fittings they are using?

I don't. The name brand of the pipe is listed on the estimate, but I don't recall anything on the fittings.

I would guess the standard crimp fittings.
They're less expensive than sharkbites and most plumbers won't bury sharkbite fittings in a wall (even though I've never had one leak).

I used standard fittings and pex when I recently replaced my well expansion tanks and added a filtration system on. I did use shark bite fittings ina few spots to make is easier to replace a few cut off valves.

I know it sucks now, but you’ll love those new pipes. Our house has it and have not had any leaks

I'd poke some tiny holes in your pipes, for venting. Better safe than sorry

    So,.....
I've heard of pickle ball, but never saw it, googled it, etc.
Saw it on TV and put it on.
    Okay then.

Does the red or blue pipe have the beer in it?

That's going to be a separate, larger diameter pipe they are installing next.

It's the off ramp from tennis for when people are too old or out of shape to play tennis. Bocce Ball is on the next exit. In a couple of miles it's all just sitting in the nursing home screaming Wheel of Fortune answers at the TV, playing Bingo, and asking everyone you see if it's Jello night.

I played PickleBall 3 nights a week for a few years when I first moved into the community here but it got so popular you have to sign a paper to schedule your time on the court. Then the lines were so long and people came so early they put it online. I said, ya know if I cannot schedule a time each week I am done.

Just an FYI… don’t dive for the ball
