Cheapest way to turn your stock (non jbl) system into something decent.

The stock system is pretty awful as I’m sure you’re aware, but can be upgraded relatively cheap leading to a massive difference in quality.

Two steps:

1. Purchase a Kicker HS10 (I really recommend this over any other under seat subs). I personally got mine for $200 off eBay slightly used). I think they retail around $360. Install isn’t super easy - cost me $320 bucks but it now sits under the passenger seat and there is a bass volume knob on the driver side near my right leg.

2. Audio settings - max treble, mid to 50-75%, and bass around 80%.

The speakers now sound similar to my brother’s 2023 TRD Pro. Replacing the door speakers will cost quite a bit more and from my experience it isn’t that huge of a difference unless you go all out with something like taco tunes.
