Oh damn, I need to check my subscriptions more. I'm subscribed to him. I loved the chevy express 2500 he did.

 

This is obvious by the people who put 22-24" rims on their Jeep Wrangler. Absolutely ridiculous.

 

Not to mention bigger OEM brakes to meet safety standards. Trucks are getting bigger and heavier.

Can confirm: CM3000 is supported. Speeds did increase ~50% after install over wire. But my plan also apparently caps out at 0.5G, which is where I was topping out.

 

@Mr.bee I finally get why you're screening your dirt. Only 3 bolders so far, but those little rocks (stones?) are getting annoying. But they will make good fill if I ever get to the parking surface build phase.

Funny side note - apparently there's no easy neutral on a skid steer. Lot of talk about using a crane to move it if the engine dies.
Decided the motor is going to get some TLC while it's still able to move the machine around.

That’s the fugliest truck I’ve seen in a long time. I thought it was photoshopped. I had to look it up to see if it was real. It appears it is. So bad.

 

For real though. They found a way to make the turd gen even uglier.

I’m 4 drinks in 221 days and no weight change. And maybe lost an inch in height, perhaps from strength work or perhaps from running, not sure. Good excuse to measure my height again.

 

anyone ever used bleach to make burnouts 'smokier'? Ive heard of it, but never tried it.

 

I’ve heard of it but not for more smoke, it’s just super slippery and let’s the tires break free easier

Purple Power at full strength. Napa and Walmart both sell it. I usually have three 2.5 gallon jugs at any one point. Just be careful around aluminum. It will most likely etch it if you accidentally let it dry while it’s on the surface. Also wear gloves!

 

Since you have a pic of the P.O.D. album cover, i randomly met the lead singer (Sonny) father. I was working a out of town on a friend’s double wide rental trailer in Sun River, Oregon about 8 years ago. I was on the roof fixing some leaks, and i see a guy the next yard over wearing a T shirt that read “Payable On Death”. He saw me on the roof and so he struck up a conversation. I eventually asked him if his shirt was a “POD” shirt. He did a double take and replied with a yes. Tuned out it was the lead singer’s dad! Small world, ehh?

That whole two weeks that i spent working on that rental was filled with all sorts of craziness.
