Anyone know of any front engine skid compatible with a front sway bar drop? I ordered a set of RCI's and was unable to install them. The front sway bar was rubbing up against the skid, not allowing me to thread in the two front bolts.

After speaking with the engineering manager, he told me their skids are not compatible with the sway bar drop kit. This is no knock on RCI, they were super honest and took care of me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have about a 3" lift with Kings and ICON billet UCA's.

    Thanks!

Cool thanks for your reply. No I wasn’t advised from the shop I took it too. Just noticed them on there when installing the skids.

Talon's skid accommodates sway bar drop. Product and fitment is solid

Might just consider doing a sway bar delete.

I run RCI skids with an Icon sway bar spacer. You’ll need a smidge longer bolt. The skid plate will be up against the sway bar. It’s M8 bolts

Are you using longer screws for the tube mounts as well?

Yes, I ordered an assortment set of m8 bolts. I wanted more thread engagement
