He brought a floor jack to lift the front so I could take a wheel off and inspect the damage

Was driving down a wash as caboose, driving into the sun and dust. Quite literally glanced down at my maps to check where we were in relation to camp and BOOM. Just like that. Found a half buried boulder with my passenger side LCA at about 20.

Sorry about the truck Mike. I don’t think any LCA guard/protection would have saved you from that

Probably not. I think it grabbed too much LCA to have skipped over it with armor there.

Ohhh I thought Lance was the one that busted the LCA because 07/21 sounded like a production date

Well, glad you're ok... definitely was quite the hit. From that angle looks like the LCA is the least of your problems there...

Bumper is fine. My LCA located a very large rock before my eyes did.

Looking to sell some empty 20 lb CO2 tanks and a dolly. The tanks work great for airing up tires quickly and you can DIY your own Powertank setup with these. Looking to get $50 each for the tanks, or $80 for one with the dolly. Pickup only in Escondido.

What’s the date of the last hydro test?

 

I've always exchanged empty tanks for full ones instead of having the same ones refilled, so can't say for sure. Exchanged these within the last three years.

 

Hey all. Unsure the best place to post this, but I just bought my 06 tundra and it came with a bed tool box I don't need. Unfortunately, it doesn't lock, and I don't have the key anyway.
Anyone is San Diego area want it? I'll let it go for free, just come pick it up. Maybe bring a case of beer
