Anyone here with the 2.5 Gen Trd pro bbs wheels that can give me some advice as to if they are worth it? I'm able to get some at a good price. I currently have the wheels from 2016 Trd Pro in black. One difference I see is gloss black vs flat and the pattern of course. Not sure if they are worth it over the older version

Do you have a source for more than 1 set of them?

No, just purchased a set from a friend and trying to decide which I want to run with.

Worth it comes down to price. They aren't going to offer you additional strength or performance, just different looks, so if the price is worth it to you, that's all that really matters. BBS wheels are always "worth it" to me. The only caveat being if I want to go offroad I would go with a 17'' wheel so my tire has more sidewall to air down.

I switched out my Trd OR alloy wheels to bbs pro wheels about a month ago. I was going to get the alloy wheels powder coated black and put back on. I like the look of the alloy wheel better. But, the pedal feel reminded me of my stock tires. I run 285/75/18 tires. I didn't think that small difference in weight would make such a difference. I won't be putting my Trd OR alloy wheels back on the truck.

Thanks for the advice, I pulled the trigger and got them. They need some good cleaning before I can get them switched over. The break dust or maybe the neglected care will be a little time consuming to get these to the nice condition. Any idea how much the alloy wheels in black run? I'd probably list them somewhere once I get these done
