Well WOW!!!! I would have never thought when purchasing this truck that steering Wheel vibration was so common on for Toyota but here I am.
Bought this truck last year from a local dealer with car fax. Had 1 original owner with all the invoices of DEALER service (oil changes, bed liner). 2019 Tundra Crew MAX SR5 Edition 30k miles original tires Black Wheels A/T tires.
It had a slight vibration, but I saw the cupping in the tires and figured poor rotation. I don't drive it much as I use a company truck during the week. So 8 months later and only 5k more miles on truck I took in for oil change and tire rotation, Holy smoke that thing bounced me all over the road so put new BFGOODRICH AT's on it like I had on my chevy Silverado ( loved that truck). Not as bad but shakes in the steering wheel at 63-68 Miles an hour.
Took it to a different tire dealer and had the Road force tested and they said it was not balanced correctly so payed the guy to balance and still shakes but not as bad and its not every time at that MPH
Probably drive it another year and sell it.
I have done the following: leveling kit, front end alignment, new tires and balanced and rebalanced by another tire dealer. first truck I almost hate to drive.

    what 'leveling kit'?
what was the result of the road force and new alignment specs?

is it even properly balanced now?

We used the Motofab lift TUN-3 3" kit
Not sure if they left copy in my paperwork with results BUT they did say 1 tire was around 28 but that was on passenger rear tire and that is not bad? and the others were under 15 down to 2
Is properly balanced now? Well I'm sure if I took it to another place there going to say it was out of balance and pay again and most likely same, how many times does it take AND when the tire wears am I going to have to keep doing this ...... Nope it will be a sold.

They didn’t leave that Data in my paperwork and it made sense at the moment because I figured they found the problem so back to gathering data and researching.

Tire balance. And BFGs are notorious for being hard (sometimes impossible) to fully balance at all speeds.

This right here. My BFG are garbage. Balance them, un-balanced 5k later.

Tundra steering shake is not a common problem. Tire balance mistakes is a common problem.

I can’t imagine having steering wheel shake and deciding a shiny new set of BFGs was going to be my well researched solution. Then joining a tundras forum just to brag about it. But cool story bro.

Our '19 Limited has a vibe, its the Michelins. Had them balanced a few times. Mounted on Method 305's and torqued with a torque wrench. The old coopers had no issues, went to a street tread because truck is all highway miles, no off road.

Ok so UPDATE.. remember I bought this truck with 30k miles on it, it now has only 36K one year later. So this truck came with 18" wheels from factory. At some point Black TOYOTA 20" wheels were put on it. So at this point I Have new tires,( the other one were cupped badly) front end alignment and 2 wheel balancing's. Come to find out......... when they changed the wheels to the 20'S they did NOT use the lug nuts that go with those wheels and the splines were not lined up causing the wheels to actually Move on the studs while driving. CRAZY the Wheel guy just happened to catch that. drives almost like new, still has a little vibration at points but I'm going to assume the wheel holes have already been damaged since its already been driving like that for maybe the whole 30K? but man its almost like new. I did read to check lug nuts but I would never have known what to look for. The shiny new BFG's do look very nice on the truck!!

The OE Toyota 20" rim uses the same lug nuts as the 18" Toyota rims unless the 18" were steel wheels.

Toyota wheels are hub centric not lug centric. I think you have some wrong wheels for your truck, that is what is allowing them to shift around. I may be wrong but worth looking into.
