I'd love to have the extra space for that equipment; plus you could host Tundra tire/wheel parties and let your buddies come over for some DIY!!!

Chalk bags sure are handy... I don't climb anymore but still use chalk bags to hold dog training snacks and sometimes clip one on my toolbelt to hold screws or nails. I haven't used one for cord storage yet. I'll add that to the possibilities list!

Haha - that was actually just a temporary holding spot for the wiring for the interior LED lights I'm working on running/hiding behind trim! I use it for a 40oz water bottle. Initially thought it might get in the way and be a nuisance when driving - but its not been an issue so far. Likely helps that I'm 6'2" and have the seat all the way back, idk?

Got lucky and found a new-in-box old stock of the discontinued Toyota wireless charger. I had a knock off one for a little bit but took it out because it got so hot I thought it would melt.

What seat covers are these? I’ve seen a few carhartt options but they all seem a little too thin. That material looks pretty sturdy.

looks like they sell two 18x9 wheels in that model, one in +1 and the other in +12, so they could be +12

Carhartt Precision Fit. I only needed the fronts and they are used so I only paid $75 shipped.

Oh, wow. I forgot I took it off and the first impression was "What? Something broke?", like wheel is falling off.

Sway bar-less truck is definitely more boaty. Requires lot more attention on highway. And that's on empty truck. Rear sway bar definitely works. I don't see why Toyota wasn't adding it to all pavement trims, such a drastic stability difference...

I installed the driver's side grab handle last night. The process took about 20 minutes, including having to trim the new pillar cover. I'm very excited to get this item back. I had one in my '08 Tundra which I sold in '18 and I have missed it every time I get in since then. I've been watching the thread of orders being made to the overseas OE supplier but I got impatient and ordered from Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, NC. I paid a bit more, but not much based on costs people are listing on that thread. I ordered on a Thursday and received on Saturday! Their website was also easy to use, i definitely recommend them for parts orders. This handle and the bed step are by far the favorite modifications for this grandpa. Both get used (and appreciated) regularly.

What does a machine like that cost? cost of the mounting machine and balance machine? I am working towards being more self sufficient.

Best to find one used… it’s fun to do if you have a lot of vehicles, but it’s cheaper to take them somewhere…. It’s also like installing a car lift in your garage… everyone wants to use it.. and your tools lots of “new” friends

There's a manually tire changer at Harbor Freight that has good reviews. But need to look into a balance machine.

He says it was about $2100. Plus you need an air compressor, tire soap and a selection of wheel weights.

    Tastefully enhanced...
The cost for swapping tires here is now $43/tire...so owning this machine would be stellar!! $2100 is what I see for both setups used here... I'm still shopping for one though!
