Does anyone have the Gen3 OEM bed extender and a tonneau cover? I'm wondering if there would be any interference between the two. I'd like to be able to have the extender in either position with my Retrax closed.

There is no interference. Both can coexist.

I have the OEM bed extender and a Peragon tonneau cover. No conflict whatsoever, and even the bed cleats are usable in my set up.

I have extender with a Peragon cover, Bed Rug, and a rubber truck mat on top of that and no problems.

Bed extender and a lomax cover, no interference. I just have to flip the rear most flap open to pivot the extender, then can close again when it is in the desired position.

I have the OEM bed extender and a Retrax cover and the only „limitation“ is that you have to open the cover a bit to swivel the extender. In either state (not- & extended) you can open/close the cover.

Retrax hard retractable with extender, love the combo.
At first I was worried it would take up too much space, but the extender has actually been pretty handy. Especially when I do my Costco runs I can just throw stuff in the back and not worry about it shipping around back there. The extender works is sort of a gate when not fully extended

Bed extender and Bakflip MK4 here. Works great! No clearance issues.

Since the top of the bed extender is lower than the top rail of the bed, it should work with virtually any tonneau cover and bed mat combo.

So far so good. My install may not be the absolute “cleanest” as there is a little bit of water leakage during heavy rain, but from what I can tell that’s pretty common with tonneaus. It also doesn’t fully “lift” one section immediately after I shut it, so it often requires a little bit of adjustment before I can lock it. Once it is locked and shut it does fine. My minor issues are very likely install related as it was a bit more finicky to install than I anticipated. Just take your time and get someone to help ideally.
