Also, parker funk ain’t washing off…that fine silt is embedded everywhere…..

 

Can confirm, my wheels are now tie dyed after driving the truck. Lots of hidden and moist silt in the wheel caps apparently.

Though I occasionally still find a cinders volcanic kitty litter in random places under the truck…

 

It still washes out of the kids mullets to this day.

Installed Rago Fabrication’s center console molle panels, with a trial setup for a banana holder. Not sure I’m keeping the holster on, but it at least looks cool, even if I don’t use it. I know how some people feel about using your truck as a banana holder.



Then I rewarded myself for a job well done with a battle-tested Busch Light from the Parker trip.

Cookin' up another timer project. Hoping to get this installed today and see if it actually works as intended.

It's to keep the outlet in the center console on for 3 minutes (or whatever length of time someone would want) after accessory power is turned off. I'm hoping it helps keep the Alpine remote knob with the CR2032 to USB adapter from shitting the bed on a regular basis.

 

You know…had you just bought a radio with a knob on it…

 

But that knob is alllll the way up on the radio, not down where my booger hooks rest on the center console.

You’re right - I just want the one that shuts off the Nannie’s without me holding a button for 15 seconds.

 

Version 2.0 might be coming for that soon. I just need to order a couple timers and build some for the locals.
