F3Fabs? No reply after ordering product

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with f3fab. I ordered a light mount two months ago and he hasn’t been replying to my emails/ messages. Not trying to slander his name or anything I just want my light mount. Lead time said 2-3 weeks. Thanks

Some neat stuff. But my first time hearing of them, too.

the pics of the overhead molle stuff arent of a tundra. Dunno about the bed molle pics.

Aside frome the double ditch light brackets, only other thing i'd need is the boobie koozie, and those are $15 on amazahn.

 

I want a widdle wadder.

It has happened to us multiple times where we do reply, and it was going to the spam box all along,

 

Not that it helps your current situation, but with small companies like F3 I typically will check their instagram to see if they're active before just ordering. Or, just shoot them a generic question before ordering like "how did you run the wire harness on that mirror bracket?" I completely understand lead times and the typical made to order products, but looks like F3 hasn't posted since January.

 

Yeah I talked to him before the order in February. It’s a light mount that goes under the side mirrors. The light mount was sold out and I asked him if he could make another etc. he opened it up on his site so I could pay through the site. His last post was in January so it seemed legit I guess.

 

I cruised to his website and it says sold out

 

Yeah I contacted him to ask if he could make another etc and he said yeah let me open it up.
