    Y'all are hilarious.

Speaking of Pre- I own a 6'x4' poster of him, it's that famous photo of him standing in front of his trailer. My dad worked for Fleet Feet for years, and Nike would send 6'x4' posters for stores to put in their windows. After a few months, the stores were required to send the posters back to Nike to prevent them from getting to the public. But my dad quite liked that poster- so he kept it. Still have it.

More reason for my dad to secretly be Pre I guess.

He's done the full thing like 6 or 7 times. I did a portion of the route with him and his friends a couple years ago, but couldn't finish because of other stuff I had going on. I could barely keep up with them anyway. Why do you ask?

I have a random buddy from Indiana that always talked about it, and it seemed interesting everytime he talked about it.
We have the El tour de tucson here, which attracts a lot of attention. But my other buddy says there’s a elitist group of cyclists that blast down the local mountain that day because all the traffic and attention is in town on the tour.
I’ve been a volunteer support rig when my buddy did the 109mile loop

I'd quite like to do the full thing someday. I'd also like to do more cycling events in general. My dad signed me up for a 70 mile gravel race in May, so we'll see how that goes. I don't own a gravel bike.

Looks like I'm in the band that will see 90% of it and sure enough, no glasses available unless I drive 40 miles to Walmart wasting $20 in gas for $3 glasses. haha

Maybe I can use one of my older cheap Samsung phones to take a pic?

I guess it's time to replace the cheap gas cap I got like 2 years ago to replace the cheap gas cap that PO put on the 03.
I noticed the last two times I filled up the tank, that the cap seemed to come off way easier than it used to. Then this morning the CEL came on. I fully expected it to be p0420 because it is the ghost that haunts my poor truck. However it was p0442.

Not enough time. I'm not going to UPS/fedex it next day otherwise it'll cost me more than the $20 in gas trip. haha

Edit: So Sonic Drive-In supposedly has them if you order a smoothie.

So this morning I removed the bed cover to install the softopper. Much to my surprise, the PO had install LEDs under the bedrails. Naturally they don't work. Probably one of the things I ripped out the wiring for a few months back. But I'll try to get em working again someday. Very cool.

You'd wonder why the hell I know who he is. I can't stand running, mostly because I can't run more than a mile or two without cramping. Abdominal, diaphgragm, no clue wtf it is. I've tried every type of breathing method known to man and just can't do it.

If you want to know more about Pre, watch the movie "Prefontaine", it's a good movie even if you're not into running. Really highlights at a fairly accurate level what made the dude pretty phenomenal, and provides some insight into shoe companies.

This wasn't generally our experience while there. Dragging the kids there this summer. And to Rotterdam.

I was told my whole 1st half of my life it was all cafes and red light district over there. Add that to the list of things you kinda gotta seek out. It was a totally different experience for us my first time there.

Played around with my passenger door more today. Hinges feel and look perfect. Some scratches on the lower front corner in the paint indicating possible rubbing with the seals. Just takes a real slam vs my driver side which closes really nice. Tried unbolting the latch and flipping it but no real change. I think it’s a matter of how tight it smashes the jamb.
