We even took it to the Toyota dealer to ask them to use tech stream to bleed the abs pump and they looked at us like we were speaking chinese

I’d try a pressure bleeder. I had my lines and brakes off recently to install the Alcon kit and had no issues. I used the agm products pressure bleeder

Just need to confirm my flanges haven't been modified and are still OE length from the cats, then I'll order.

In looking at the SPD pics my drivers side looks shorter than in thier pic. Could just be me...?

I had to replace the ABS pump on my wifes Sequoia and had this issue at first, but used my bi-directional scan tool to actuate the ABS pump and was able to bleed it successfully. When I was using the scan tool it would run the pump and had a timer and instructions on bleeding the line in the protocol. It was a bit of a PITA, but that solved my problem. You really need two people to do it also.

    UPDATE:

OE pads/rotors (F/R) and SDHQ lines are on. Brake system has been flushed and everything is now functioning as they should:

Decided to pull out the sawzall and make a few cuts:

Great job, did you end up installing the rear axle to caliper lines?

No, I did not. They are +2" and my rear is still stock height (6112's up front). Sitting on them in case I ever do lift it.

    Clearly this isn't working...

Was going to do a B&M tranny pan next but might have to address the exhaust first...

Looking online you have to buy the entire hardware kit: PTR11-34091...and seems to be on backorder most places.

My local dealer says they can have it tomorrow, so I guess I'll grab some lube and head over there.

EDIT: downturn tips ordered as well....

Either way your dumping a bunch of heat really close to the rear axle, something to think about.

I have and it was just supposed to be a short-term fix. A new exhaust is in the works, just haven't had time to set that in motion yet...
