Well after lots of conversations I decided to stay away from the strut spacers and go with a good strut. I'm wanting to lift the truck 2.5" and was looking at the bilstein 5100s and OME2885. Also going with the JBA UCAs and replacingmy LBJs with a new a OEM set.. Is there anything else I need to consider to purchase and will this spring strut combo work well for what I'm wanting.?

You may consider the 2884 instead of the 2885 unless you are planning to lift the rear still as well. Check this thread LINK

I do have blocks that will be installed on the rear and eventually will going to a leaf pack to take place of the blocks.

I have the exact setup you're talking about (Bilsteins, OME 2885, JBA UCAs) but it's paired with the ATS Springs 90-221 HD leaf springs in the rear. Those lifted me a good 2" in the rear, and even with the 2885 springs I've still got rake. Love how the truck rides though.

Only thing I would add is extended sway bar end links. I run the popular SuspensionMAXX extended links with no complaints.

    +1

And you may need to buy new clamps for your CV axles if you're 4WD. You will likely sling grease with any lift over 1-1.5"
