I've had mine installed for a couple weeks now. I'm really liking it!

I’m really thinking about getting the red one to add some personality to my interior.

 

Looks like my impulse buy paid off. Quality wheel and well worth the wait for those when it comes back in stock.

 

Man that looks good. I’m wondering if anyone tried the 4Runner wheels with heated steering from cartrimhome.

Glad to see we started a movement with these lol! They are such a great buy, and one of the best additions to the truck to date!

 

Vday gift from the wife came right on time. Installed and test drove this evening. Really nice solid feel. Package had a hole in it but came in really well protected. Highly recommend. For some reason I struggled to get air bag screws to go back on. Had to remove air bag multiple times and I scratched the silver trim a bit

Revesol emailed me on Saturday to apologize for the damaged steering wheel by UPS and said they would make it right. They definitely did. Today this shows up on my doorstep and installed in an hour, taking my time. I also installed the AJT designs black trim pieces I had sitting in the garage. 10 out of 10. Revesol said they will be producing more Tundra / Tacoma wheels in April and to keep an eye on their website.

 

Wish I had the black steering wheel controls! I’ve located the marts to fit my wheel, but it’s just stupid $ for plastic. I hate the AJT covers with the pop outs. Wish there was a black volume button available separately and I’d paint mine.

 

You must have the magic touch. They sent me an apology email and I never heard from them again. Sent 3 more and still never heard anything. Still gonna buy one though.

 

Revesol said they have a small list of people they are trying to take care of @jhacker1 . I’m sure you are one of them. Keep an eye out in your email and respond fast or they will move down the list.

Yes, they restock multiple times a year.

Check eBay, when I ordered mine, there site said out of stock but eBay showed available. I messaged them through eBay and confirmed availability.

 

I couldn't find the all black

 

Went to buy one; sold out of the only one I’ll consider (all black no carbon fiber).

 

It will be back.

I have the chance to buy one for $250 shipped all black. Not sure I wanna go thru the hassle of getting another alignment.

 

Here’s what I plan on doing:

• Put a strip of painter’s tape from the stock wheel to the column.
• Measuring, find the center of the stock wheel, and draw a line with a straightedge from front to back on the wheel.
• Continue the line onto the tape on the column (this will show you where the center of the wheel lines up with the column).
• Cut the tape between the wheel and column, and remove the wheel.
• Measure the new wheel, add painter’s tape, and mark its center the exact same way.
• Line up your carefully measured lines when installing the new wheel so that its center is in the exact same place as the old wheel.

If you can lock your wheel in an exactly centered position, then great, maybe this is unnecessary.
If it is off by one spline, that doesn’t seem like a big deal to me.

I used a line on painter’s tape to make sure I reinstalled the steering wheel on my LX when replacing the clock spring. Worked for me.

 

If you have anecdotal proof this works, by all means go for it.

Does anyone know the part #s for the black pieces that come down vertically from the sides of the steering wheel? I currently have the grayish ones shown in the sample pic I found on the webs...

 

There is no black Toyota part number to my knowledge. But Meso and AJT make replacement pieces in black, its called steering wheel trim.

 

Yeah I have some cheapo overlays on the trim pieces now, I thought the SR model had black trim pieces OEM?

 

Possible but you would be buying the whole control piece since they don't sell the trim separately. I know for the light gray is like 300 per control piece.
