I don't want to wake up the neighbors when I start up in the morning but I don't want it to sound like a sewing machine either. I had a shade tree flow master booger welded on and it didn't change much from stock audio wise. Currently my truck only rumbles and sounds to me from in the driver's seat that it's making noise at about 1800 to 2000 rpm. Outside of that and it's practically silent.

I'm looking into adding some mods here in the future exhaust among them, and I don't want to spend 1300$ on something to find out it's too loud or it is only loud sometimes and silent the rest. YouTube where the audio is corrected by the recording or my speakers doesn't give me anything useful apart from looks. Any ideas for what might be causing my irregular exhaust sound and where I can look for a real example of exhausts? Or some good neighbor friendly exhausts that don't sound like their being strangled by the EPA?

Tundras are very sensitive when it comes to their exhaust systems. For example, if one section of the system has the wrong diameter it will drone and lose power/low end torque.

I’ve made tens of thousands of systems for tundras. We make them to order and based on individual costumer needs. We also have a lifetime sound warranty so if it’s too loud or too quiet you can just send it back and we make you a new one for free.

have a look around this forum for BAmufflers. And give a call directly to speak with the engineer of your next exhaust system. 760-877-4234
