Looking good, I am down to this and the BAK Revolver X4s. Still can’t make up my mind. Any issues with losing the bed room?

There is no comparison between a Retrax and a BAK! Anything BAK is garbage.

    Lots of stuff!
Toyota Tundra LED Tailgate Light Bar PK539-34N00. I saw this listed for $525 CDN which seems a bit pricey for these but the also have a back up light in the middle and a wiring harness.

Has anyone spent the bucks and put a set of these in?

A tundra in front of me had it yesterday. It looks good quality. Not my style though.

I normally wouldn’t consider this but I have covered my 3rd brake light with my tent.

I might try to add a light to the back of the tent.

Received a roll of 3M paint protection film, and a gallon of KBS bed liner. Weather did not permit but next week I’ll be applying the ppf to roof and paint the bed (mine comes naked, no lining).

im also in the same boat. I wonder if the opposing end of the plug is there and if you could just add a pin to where the blue wire would be to get power.

I’ve thought about it but the vast majority of my use of the radio is communicating with others on GMRS or FRS.

Quick question….were the part numbers you gave me for the matching black air vents?? And if so do you have part numbers for all of them so they are all black or was that what you gave me??

I need more light when backing up. What model are your lights and where did you get them?
Did they just wire into the tail lights? How did you wire them?

They’re ss2 from diode dynamics. They also have a no cut option which I have. It’s a 7pin harness so plug and play and simple.

Shouldn’t have any issues. The plastic piece only deploys when driving 35 mph and retracts at 27 mph. There is a video of someone getting pulled that has these tow hooks

Finally swapped in AJT cup holder and their trim piece to ditch the piano black before it gets any more scratches. Also wired in my MagSafe chargers using a jump harness I made to tie into the cigarette lighter. No more cables or slow charging like the Qi and others out currently.

Question about the TRD skid plate, what's the size of the last two bolts toward the rear?

Finally made some changes to my truck! Installed the rear seat USB plugs and added billet tie downs to the bed.

I also got the TRD anti sway bar and skid plate but waiting to put them on with suspension.

Ditto to what @Ipaddick said “They’re ss2 from diode dynamics. They also have a no cut option which I have. It’s a 7pin harness so plug and play and simple.”.

I installed the flush mount kit. It came with a switch, relay, and wiring harness. They do have a kit that mounts to the rear of the bumper and plug directly into the hitch harness. I liked the look of the flush mounts and, given that I’ve nearly torn my rear bumper off while exploring, I’m a bit overly sensitive to anything that makes my departure angle any worse.

Do not get the hitch pod..it sucks. I sold it and got the baja designs pod and it's way brighter. Those dual lights are probably brighter than any pod, should work well for everyone

Installed the EGR, aka Toyota, bug deflector. Cause we are all bugs right. This one for Tundra is more wobbly than the equivalent for ForeRunner, so the seven (not just four but seven!) rubber cones are actually necessary.

New truck needs new toys. Just got my Terra TRD Pro and LOVE it...of course, can't leave it alone, even though it has almost everything you could need. I chose to get the Retrax EQ tonneau and did a self-install. First, the end result is amazing and very happy with how it turned out. Second, Retrax documentation is BAD (F***ing BAD). There were about 20 steps left out of the install guide, right at the start where you need to 'make sure that...' and 'to keep from having ...., do ....', there is a jump from 'unpack the parts' to 'have a friend help you lift it on your truck'. There were also errors in their install videos, including a plug location that was completely wrong and almost had me making irreversible modifications to an electronics connector when they said 'unplug the top most black connector and replace it with the female end of the T cable'. Turns out, it's the BOTTOM most black connector that needs to be unplugged and replaced.

Be super careful folks...enjoy your trucks, enjoy your toys, and make sure to share your help with others, as well as make sure the gear manufacturers keep their instructions and support up to date and correct!!
