Can I use 2 sets of TPMS without taking to the dealer to get it programmed? I am planning on using a set of offroad wheels/tires for offroading and regular daily driver.

One of the features I like most about the 3rd generation Tundra is the ability to have two sets of TPMS sensors programmed into the truck, plus the truck gives you a way to automatically detect the new sensors. Off the top of my head I don't remember the sequence you need to follow, but it is in the owners manual how to put the truck into the auto sensing mode, for me it took about 20 minutes of driving before the new sensors popped into view.

Yes. I have 2 sets of TPMS on 2 sets of tires and wheels. I just took mine to a shop and they installed a set of aftermarket TPMS and took care of the programming.

Where did you buy your aftermarket TPMS? The dealership is charging me $120 each.

I went to my friend's shop here in Houston and they handled everything. The TPMS are not OEM. They're like $160 or so for the set of 4 sensors plus the cost installation and programming.
