Truck looks great. One of the biggest things I’ve learned about having this. Is the 2.5gen has so many more options for upgrades.

For those of you that went to 35s, how bad has your performance and mileage suffered?

Ummmm my truck seems to maintain quite a bit of torque. I expected to lose more power but have been pleasantly surprised by its performance with 35's. Gas mileage is not dramatically worse. I get 12 mpg on the highway with a camper on the bed of the truck. I got 10 mpg while towing recently. To be clear, I am conservative with my throttle input in effort to get better mpg's.

Does anyone have these lug nuts? I bought this truck at the end of January and it doesn't have the lug socket. I tried a socket off Amazon and it was way off. If someone can give me a socket part number or a direction to find one, I would appreciate it. Otherwise it feels like a wild goose hunt. 20240227_153946.jpg 20240227_153933.jpg

So, I often encountered this issue of not having the correct lug nut key socket while working at the dealership. We or the customer would take the vehicle to the local Discount Tire store. The folks at Discount Tire have every lug nut key for aftermarket lug nuts. We would ask them to order the correct one. Usually $20-25.

Took a drive from Littleton to Crested Butte and back today to get them

Need a 5th though ugh. So much nostalgia with them...couldn't afford a RW when I was younger

Plus side theyre forged, light, and 17" which opens up a lot C class tires. Gonna start with 315/70r17 Territory MTs that should hold me over until I decide on maybe LT/lockers/regear/37s

Gotta get those Coopers off and FB Marketplace them and deep clean the wheels

First and foremost welcome to the forum.

@b6graham and yourself just might be long lost brothers. What a small world that each of you threw the best wheel set Toyota ever made on your voodoo blue rigs. Nice looking rig and what a smoking deal you scored. You even got the spare to boot. Congrats on that score!

Well that's news to me. I'm so bad at noticing changes in colors. Maybe that's why my wife always asks me if that's the outfit I'm choosing for the day? I'm always on the struggle bus of color palate.

Anyone have a rock warrior tomahawk shift handle they’re consider changing? Let me know if you do.
