Thought I vented about it here already… maybe not.

Yes. The state rep for my city proposed a law to outlaw gas leaf blowers. Full up with fines and jail time. Cuz that’s definitely more criminal than stealing cars, selling drugs and stealing.

I am not being political…. Those just the facts around here.

The best part is this Rep…wait for it… owns the local Ford and Hyundai dealerships. The Ford one being one of the largest sellers in the state. During her time on the city council the city vehicles all switched from Chevy to Ford too. I am sure for legit reasons.

Sounds about right for the kind of stupid that keeps going on over on the coasts. I'm sorry you have to put up with that crap.

 

They've been talking about that here, but it's mostly the noise driving it.

Noise driven here, too. And grandfather in. They'd be allowing bans by town, not statewide (as I understand MA, anyways).

@Leo's first - 4 cycle trimmer. Straight gas, separate oil tank like a 4 cycle mower, only hand held. Brilliant thing.

Yup they banned the sale of gas mowers, blowers and trimmers in 24 and the sale of gas generators by 28

It's probably also due for an oil change and a new spark plug but I literally didn't even have time to work on getting my yard ready for winter until the day before the first snowfall.

Nope. It's a Yard Works or some no-name brand like that but, as far as I know it has a Briggs and Stratton engine in it. I got it free from a friend when we bought our house because he'd bought himself a new self propelled mower.
