All done wiring everything up, just need to tuck in the deutch connectors on passenger front that I used to wire in the marker lights in the grill. Took way longer than I needed to to tuck all the wiring and make my own harness but very happy with the results. About had a panic attack when it didn’t fire up though. The add a fuse came with one slot filled with a 5amp fuse and didn’t realize that not only did I need higher amp fuses but that both slots needed to be filled. Used double 15s and voila, all is well.
Thanks to @KClav for his write up on the OEM switch!

no need for high amp fuse if youre just powering up a relay. 5a will be just fine for that. What fuse size does the fuse cover call for in the slot you tapped into?

I had two-pack of add fuse that came with various lights that included a 2 and 5 amp single fuse in each respectively. The slot I used was under towing which is listed as a 30amp. Open to suggestions on dropping the fuses down appropriately but I have a relay and a canbus adapter for the oem switch.

I’m in Pearland. I can help supervise but honestly it’s extremely straight forward. I used the Yota Xpedition video and it was the best I found to refer to.

I would put a 30a back in there for the oem circuit and a 5a for the relay/box activation. The 30a might be for the 12v source at the trailer plug if it was under "towing", so keeping a 15a in there wont "harm" anything since youre dropping the rating, not increasing.

You’ll want all three pieces so the entire trim matches across the dash. My OCD kicks in with mismatched pieces. It’s not too bad… but it’s not the same.

Oh I see what you ordered and why. I thought he just wanted that one piece. :) I understand OCD. The texture of the pro piece will match the other pieces you ordered across the dash :)

How do you like the TRD filters? What light bar did you go with as well?

I’d be lying if I told you I heard/felt a difference with the filters but I had some store credit from when I bought my truck and my dealer matched online prices so I used it for that. Light bar is Diode Dynamics combo throw. Really like it

You just need to remove the center console. It comes apart fairly easy. This video helped.

I got tagged at some point. I didn’t notice it til a co-worker pointed it out. It was pretty easy to replace both. The color match from Painted OEM Parts is spot on !

Painted OEM parts is clutch! Did you transfer over the parking sensor?

There’s a plastic bracket with adhesive that’s used to hold the sensor in place. Once I took it off, it wouldn’t restock. I was going to try some silicone or super glue to hold it until I can find a part number for a new one.

Ah. I reheated mine with a heat gun, and it's been sticking (so far). Unless @ryanwgregg can help find a part number. Looking for the adhesive that holds the round parking sensors to the back of the bumpers.

Could possibly be PNC 89C48A, but can't confirm an actual part number for it.

I ran into the same issue finding that number. I found this on eBay and it looks similar. I’m going to order it and see if it works. I’ll give an update if it’s the right one.
