I don't hold out a lot of hope for that to change much in the overreach. There are already decisions on the books that pretty clearly drew lines, and they've been crossed.

According to the bill you won't even be able to own one to be able to pass it down. But how are they going to take away all the weapons in violation? With peace officers using theirs to take ours? Ask us to just come on down and freely turn over the tools of our investments? Either way, people who own these types of weapons won't be obliging either of those options. And no options were written into how they would get everyone in compliance. The bill is a bit of a hypocrisy anyhow and that's why I personally think it won't make it to law. And if it does we have quite a few gun advocacy groups that will take this the distance of the appeals process to overturn it. It's not the first or last bit of failed gun legislation that we will see in our state or others. Just more government failing at governing.

 

Oh yeah, I've seen that criminal BS. That's something that China or N. Korea would pull.. I need to stop before @Azblue hits me with the hammer.

Girls are stronger than boys!

 

Girls are on par with boys up until approximately 10-12 years of age. Then boys start to pull away, and it ends with men being stronger than women.

Lets get off the guns and laws and taxes bit. It's too close to the limits and I don't want anyone getting hammered, or being voted off the mod island.

Teach them to be strong, but also teach them reality. Too many girls/women get into trouble because they've believed the lie that they are a match for a man.

 

This is pretty close for averages. But, my 15 yr old can bench, squat and deadlift more than the majority of boys in her class. She took weightlifting as an elective this year and none of the boys could spot her properly because she was throwing reps with more weight than their max. She came home talking shit about them daily and it just tickles me.

 

Glad she is strong, but if she's talking shit she isn't going to be well liked. Best teach her to be independent, or to like feminine men.

 

The throat punch comes in real handy here. We're not teaching them that it's just a simple fact. We teach them that with training and awareness they can keep themselves safe from a man if need be.

 

The shit talking is with me. Not them.

 

That's a definitely better, but still hope she doesn't have to have a humbling experience. Had strong sisters that had to find out the hard way eventually. Nothing terrible, but it wasn't fun for them.

If she's got a good head on her shoulders being healthy and strong will definitely be a great asset for her.
