Used the extra hour of light yesterday to remove the shim from my factory gas pedal. Of course I was attempting to calm some of the twitchiness that plagues these trucks. Upon removal I must've cocked the plastic barrel the shim sits behind b/c after removal the pedal wouldn't move at all. Sunday night, light fading fast, staring at Monday morning....yeesh. After a few minutes of fiddling, it pops and re-aligned itself. Off for a test drive and THAT'S MUCH BETTER :)

I changed out the cruise control module and replaced the dry rot roof strips. Also added a Wolfbox camera system with front/rear cameras and gps.

Do you have pics of it installed and the placement of the camera?

The camera system is the Wolfbox 850. I also bought the hardwire kit for permanent installation instead of the lighter socket. The rear camera is mounted on top of the 3rd brake light. So all of the wiring stayed inside the cab. I disassembled the 3rd brake light and fed the camera up through the headliner and out the roof and double sided sticky taped the camera on top.

The front camera is attached to the mirror. In my Jeep I use an Amazon FooKoo 10” screen dual camera system that has night vision capabilities and both of those cameras are mounted outside of the Jeep. They work great on the trails when I need to see the trail - Moab, Utah has very steep trails and you only see the sky when looking out the windows.

So this is like an Auxbox. Do you have a dash/switch panel or individual switches and outlets inside the truck?

I went with some switches from air on board that fit into the blanks in the dash.

Hey, how do you activate the sequential turn signals? I have these headlights and haven’t been able to figure it out

My first instinct is "the clapper" when asked how to turn on/off, anything.

Picked up an early birthday present, and have been playing with mounting location and addition of x-gauges.

    20240311_102820.jpg

Stoked that I'm able to monitor tire pressures and trans fluid temperatures. They were the main motivation for sourcing a Scan Gauge II. Haven't been able to get tire temperature to display, nor the elevation code for some reason, but those aren't a big deal to me.

    20240311_102835.jpg

Also, finally wrapped the upper, passenger "oh shit handle" with paracord to match all the other handles I did some time back. Can see one of the sweet Boost Auto tow mirrors installed earlier this year too!

Haha that’s so 90s! Nowadays if it’s not voice controlled it’s soon to be thought activated

The instructions left a bit to be desired. I had to call the customer support for help, even sent them pics of the harness connections
Turned out I had bypassed some of the harnesses /connections on the new lights. All of the harnesses have to be connected. Once every harness was connected the DRLs worked.
If all of your harnesses are all connected I would give them a call.

    Good luck!

Found that my wp is leaking again. Lasted less than 5yrs.
Ordered WP, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, thermostat, rad cap, and belt. Figured I'd get it all taken care of while I have it apart again. I'll go ahead and drain/fill the PS also.
