He's good dude. I only joined fb to join the tundra crew fb page under name Mikey Bizerk. No other info on me or pics of anything but the truck. To prove it u can see I only got 1 friend on it. Although I can be a dick I like to think I got more than 1 friend lol. Just not interested in using it in any other way than for my tundra. Another good way to see what's out there tundra related. I do this the talk, net, and tundra crew. Josh is trustworthy to do biz with.

My wife hates that I took them off (she's 5'3") and my kids (5 & 7) actually like them off. They prefer to climb in and jump out. They were too much of a shin buster for me and I always stepped over them to get in or out. My truck does look like it gained a foot of clearance though. I will get sliders or AMP steps down the road but that isn't priority on the list.

Installed a set of Go Rhino RB20 running boards. Wife wanted a step and I didn't want something that hung down low. And, couldn't justify sliders as I simply don't have the need. These turned out nice I thought. Very simple install, took about 45 minutes once I took a few minutes to figure out the bracket locations.

They come powder coated black from Go Rhino and wrapped up quite well for shipping... Took about as long to get all the protective wrap off as it did to install them ha. Mounts to the factory running board bolt holes.

$300 shipped from Auto Anything if you use the chat window and haggle a little bit.

I always have had a bug deflector. I find they work great with not only bugs but small stones that are fling up. Sorry for the delay in response.

I am pretty short, 5'1 to be exact. I have to have my seat up all the way, and I can't have anything impede my vision. I am wanting to do this install as well, and was always wondering if it would obstruct my vision in the slightest. Glad to hear it doesn't, if you are correct.

I'm 6'1, so my vantage will differ from yours. I'd recommend mocking up a handle and taping it to the pillar to ensure you're good.
