    Hey all,
Putting new front struts in my 2010 base tundra 4WD.
The bolt that connect the sway bar end link to the lower control arm is spinning freely. The nut on the inside of the control arm is also spinning freely so no matter how much I spin it it doesn't come out. It is nearly impossible to get a wrench on the nut inside the control arm to keep that from spinning.

    Any advice on this?

Open-ended 21mm I think, only fits angled one way. Get the nut welded in once you've reassembled. Maybe zap the one on the other side, too.

Shouldn’t there be an Allen head on the bolt part of the sway bar link that you can use to keep the bolt part from spinning while you remove the nut?

That would be the upper bolt on the end link. That would work to loosen things up while he installs the coilovers, but that lower bolt needs to be tightened to drive it.

I installed new coilovers a month ago and have the exact same issue. I was able to get a wrench on the nut by coming at it from below but I still can’t get it to snug up. I bought a harbor freight welder I’m going to attempt to tack the nut back in place. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Unbolt the sway bar from the frame, When you get the old strut out, retighten the sway bar link, Burn the nut in with a welder, then reassemble. I ran into this the second time I put in Struts
