Hey fellas, need some help. Some POS broke into my truck while at the rodeo so I need to replace the passenger side rear door glass on my 2018 Crewmax. I have everything off, the only thing I can’t figure out is how to slide the new glass into the door. Every angle I’m going in seems to get stuck. The glass is wider than the opening so I can’t seem to find a way to get the glass in the door. I double checked the part number to ensure I have the right glass. Anyone have any experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You have to put in upside down and rotate it into the track. Loosen the track by removing the bottom bolts. Once in place, reinstall track bolt. Helps to have an extra set of hands

Yeah I watched that video a few times already. It’s a good video but it doesn’t seem to work. Possibly because the glass is a different shape.
