Do these wet spots look like the head gasket is blown? Something else? Sorry, it’s a bit difficult to take photos of.

Head gasket and valve cover gaskets are two VERY different things. Looks like your valve cover gaskets are seeping. Might just be able to torque bolts to proper values.

Your valve cover gasket is leaking. Additionally, you spark plug tube gasket is leaking on that one cylinder. You should refresh all of them. Everything you need to know is here, or linked from the reply I made with part numbers here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/valve-covers-fix-or-leave.105385/#post-2712883

Whatever you do, stick to either OEM gaskets OR Felpro. And get quality FIPG to do the job right. Expect to pay upwards of $600 (based on someone else's recent quote) or more to have a shop do the work for you.

Whew, thanks so much for your replies. I really appreciate it. I’ll start with torquing the bolts and follow your guide, @shifty` when I have a chance. Do you have any input on how bad it is to drive like this until I have the time/money to fix it?

Those leaks don't look major. Check your oil. If OK, check again in a week and see if it's the same or close. If so, check again in 2 weeks. If cool, keep checking monthly until you resolve the issue.

Note there's a snap risk with valve cover bolts. It's very easy to over-tighten. Proceed with caution.

I’d say it would be hard to find a 4.7 that’s spotless with 200k miles on it. Snug the cover, spray some brake clean and run it imo.

I would replace the leaking spark plug tube o ring.

Awesome. Thanks so much for your help everyone! The oil looks fine for now, and I’ll keep an eye on it. I’ll be sure not to over-tighten the bolts as well.

I would replace the valve cover gaskets, plug tube seals and valve cover bolts. You will need a tube of FIPG as well. That keep you good for. Another 150-200K

Not super urgent, but like others have said, check your oil often. Being that it looks like its only leaking at the spark plug gaskets and not the actual valve cover gasket you're probably not loosing that much oil, but still good to check.
