    I remember when I was a mailman thinking how much I hated sitting in a metal box when it was 110 here in AZ and how nice an air conditioned job would be. Now I sit staring at computer screens thinking how much I hate sitting in an office. :frusty:

    That was low at the time. A couple of years later, a coworker was bragging that she and her husband signed a 20 something percent loan. They jumped on the chance to buy before the rates went up again. A couple of years after that, the bubble burst and rates plummeted. It cost them a fortune to refinance, but they saved in the long run.
