Does anyone have a good bed cover link that you can send me for around $500 or $600 or bed cover info that you have now that you think is great.

I have an UnderCover Flex on my 2019 Limited and I am very happy with it. At today's prices, it is outside your price range. There are many good tonneau covers that people have reviewed on this forum so it's worth your time to look around the forum and see what others are happy with.

I went with the XCover off Amazon. Just outside your price range. Like most tonneau covers, it’s not 100% waterproof out of the box. Heavy rains and car washes, water tends to seep in at the corners. I’ve added some Butyl tape strategically in those areas and it keeps it pretty dry now.

Their customer service is also pretty good. My first one had a warranty issue roughly a year in and I had a new one on my doorstep a few days later.

How about $380 from Ebay. This is my second one and they work very well and no leaks, like none. It's also a quad fold hardcover. They also sell for the short box as well.

I'm super happy with my Bakflip MX4, but it's about $1K.

I love saving money where possible, but I'm also very much in the "Buy Once, Cry Once" camp on some things where I'd rather spend more than I like for something that's gonna' hold up.

    upload_2024-2-29_8-42-46.jpg

I just squirreled away some "sock drawer" savings for a little longer before I bought it.

Most of the ones I see around the $500 mark have names like "Carmocar" and "Kikito". Might be perfectly good clones, I don't know... but I didn't want to be the one to find out.

I've heard some good things about the Gator Tri-Folds, which I think are around $700.

I think there's quite a few members on here with the Gator, maybe do a search on "Gator Tonneau" and see what comes up?

Most of the companies are owned by RealTruck

    https://realtruck.com/c/exterior-ac...iceRange=$500 to $749&priceRange=$750 to $999

You can filter by price range on there. Good luck

I agree with Benjamin Franklin and yourself HOWEVER the BakFlip MX4 is absolute garage in my opinion. I barely drive my truck and the cover is destroyed from use not abuse. Not worth the money.

And their customer service is a joke.

A couple of the joints have broke and the pane seams separated after a few months (3) after purchase. BakFlip told me to go pound sand. Nothing was warranted.

I've heard a few other reports similar to yours. Weird, it sounds like their good ones are very good and their bad ones are very bad. Bad batches, QC issues?

Quality Control is one of my main duties at my job and sadly, it ain't what it used to be with a lot of companies.

I've been using the shit outta' mine for probably 16 months now and it looks and functions like new.

It seems like most of the the reports I've heard of quality problems happened pretty quickly, so I'm hoping mine holds up. So far, so good.

Sucks that they didn't stand behind their $1K product for you.
