New Tundra for pulling the camper

Hi, I’m Mitch, Broomfield CO
My pandemic project was to convert a cargo trailer into a very nice (only a little prejudiced) small camper for my wife and I. (And occasionally the grand-daughter)

We pulled it before with a 2018 Tacoma, and it was OK but occasionally it needed a bit more oomph and, thus, now we have a 2024 pearl Platinum Tundra with a 6.5 bed.

Mods: A retrax cover, some mods to allow me to store my luggage pull stick and snow brush, swing case, bed mat, fire extinguisher, 12 v outlet in the bed, done. Mudflaps, shifter cover, screen protector ordered.

Looking forward to the insight all y’all will provide.

 

Sadly, my truck is in Broomfield and I’m in Durango with my wife’s RAV. Pics when the truck and I are back together, promise.
