Today we have a three-pack of homes with minimal yard built on a single lot. The homes on the left and right are pre-sold.

So we are guessing the asking price of the center/ back house. Note the driveway will be about 15’ long and will connect directly to the neighbor’s driveway. So you cannot get out of your garage if they park in their driveway. Guess the price of this white whale! 3 bed, 3 bath 1,800 sqft.

They get just as much snow in Colorado. They also get more hail in some areas. Wyoming typically does not get large hail, so vehicles are generally safe. As for the magazines, Colorado is a mini California and has limited magazine capacities to 15 rounds. In Wyoming you can have as many Freedom Seeds as your heart desires.

 

Full disclosure: You might shit bricks when getting plates/tags for a vehicles, though. I think WY is something like 3rd highest in the country? Can't remember for sure.

I don't want the natural disasters, so Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming are about it for me.

 

When you rent, the cost per month might be less, might be, but you 100% will not be getting any equity at all with that payment. When you leave you don't get anything back, except a couple grand for deposits if you are lucky. At least if you buy you can sell and get the equity back, barring a market collapse.
